Andrew joined Baytex in 2002, bringing with him a strong background in mechanical engineering and fabric membrane design. His technical expertise has been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects, both in New Zealand and internationally.
Over the years, Andrew’s role at Baytex has evolved significantly—from Design Manager to his appointment as General Manager in mid-2020. This transition was a natural progression, driven by his collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of the company’s operations. In his current role, Andrew oversees all aspects of the manufacturing process, working closely with experienced team leaders to ensure every project meets Baytex’s high standards of quality and performance.
