Project Description
Our client reached out outside of our normal business hours with an urgent request for a designer look for their annual black-tie horse racing event, scheduled to take place in just 4 ½ weeks. They were referred to us as the preferred supplier for this type of product, recognised for our ability to execute quickly and efficiently. The project involved two adjacent tent structures measuring 20m wide x 20m long and 15m wide x 20m long, collectively creating a spacious 700 m² dinner area. The client specifically requested a smooth, seamless ceiling that would follow the curved shape of the aluminium roof structure.

This project presented a significantly tight delivery timeline of 4 ½ weeks from the initial inquiry. Flights to Australia were necessary to assess, design, and measure the event space prior to manufacturing. Our design team innovated a brand-new tensioning system for the ceiling liner, resulting in an entirely invisible connection between the outer window and ceiling interface.
The manufacturing team dedicated considerable effort to ensure this project was delivered on time. The speed of delivery and the complexity of the undertaking required a collaborative effort across multiple departments, leading to ongoing opportunities with our satisfied client who appreciated our responsiveness and the high-quality final product.
