Baytex liners are manufactured from 100% polyester fire retardant fibre for maximum durability and easy care. All Baytex Silkline fabrics are inherently flame retardant, they have a soft finish with a beautiful silky sheen that resists hard creasing. CAD-designed and computer-cut on-site at Baytex’s purpose-built Tauranga manufacturing premises, each liner comes in flat or gathered styles, complete with colour-coded bags, valances, pulleys, and halyards for a seamless setup from ground level.

Baytex Product Liners transform Fete, Clipframe, Electron, and Alispan temporary structures into refined event spaces.
- Fete/Pagoda liners: Engineered to fit almost all pagoda-style marquees on the market.
- Clipframe/SQ Structure/Frame tent liners: Fits almost all brands of commercially available frame tents and marquees up to 15 m wide.
- Electron/Pole marquee liners: Designed for a wide range of single-row and multi-row pole marquees.
- Alispan/Wide-Span Frame liners: Fits almost all brands of frame tents and marquees up to 15 m wide.

Baytex structure liners for Hocker, Roder, Losberger & more
Baytex Structure Liners - Elevate any commercial marquee or structure with a stunning tailored interior lining. The P1 Series Liners are specifically designed for installation in smaller structures up to 12m wide with a bay width of up to 3 metres. The P2 Series Liners are designed for installation in larger Party and Event Series structures featuring larger beam profiles with a bay width of 5 metres.
Common features (Both P1 and P2 Series Liners):
- Fabric: 100 % polyester fire-retardant Silkline fibre with a soft finish and silky sheen that resists hard creasing and is easy to care for.
- Styles & Colours: Offered in flat or gathered styles, available in white, black or champagne Silkline fabric.
- Panel Sections: Gable Infills, Mid Sections or Gable End Starters (gable with mid attached).
- Installation Kit: Supplied with pulleys, halyards and all required alloy and sister-clip hardware.
- Specifications: Delivered in colour-coded bags.
- Simple Set Up: Load points lock together with sister clips. Wall cord incorporated into the eave line for hanging liner walls. Joins close with continuous Velcro. Entirely ground-level installation no climbing required. Concealed ridgeline slots for light fittings and décor.
Track liners
Engineered for an exact fit, Baytex Track Liners (for Hocker, Roder, Losberger and more) span between portal bays to create a smooth, taut ceiling. Track Liners are designed for Curved Top, A-Frame and Arched Top structures. Match them with optional wall linings, leg drapes or valance swags to elegantly dress up any venue for that special function.
Internal Divider Liner
Baytex offers a versatile range of internal divider liners compatible with nearly all commercially available frame tents and marquees. There is a simple set-up using a keder feed throughthe lower rafter track and there's two tie back points. These dividers are for the four-track rafters, but we can custom make for two-track with webbing and securing around the purlins.
Mesh Liner for Clear Roofs
Baytex mesh liners for clear roofs use Serge Ferrari Soltis vinyl mesh to ‘beat the heat,’ reducing solar thermal gain without blocking views, and feature fire-retardant PVC for durability and easy care. Available as pull-thru track liners that slide through a four-track rafter for a smooth, taut finish or as pull-up liners with sister-clip fastenings, they come in Soltis black or grey (other colours on request) and are neatly packed in PVC bags.
Hood Liners for Clear Roofs
Baytex hood liners for clear roofs provide essential shade and comfort for people when the sun is too hot. Designed as throw-over panels, they are easy to install from ground level using ropes and continuous velcro to secure and join each section. Supplied in colour-coded carry bags for convenience.
MOD Series Liners
The Baytex MOD Series Linings (for Hocker, Roder, Losberger and more) are custom-made systems designed to hide roofs and beams in clear span structures from 10m to 50m wide with a 5m bay width. At the core of the system is Baytex’s unique alloy Hoop Rail extrusion, ensuring a precise fit and streamlined installation. These linings are engineered for long-term performance and can also be tailored to suit almost any building space. Built for speed, efficiency, and durability, the MOD Series offers a simple setup and a flawless finish that lasts.
Pole Series Liners
The Pole Series Liners (for Ureka, Anchor, and all other major brands) are designed to suit a wide range of single and multi-row pole marquees. Available in flat or gathered styles, they include roof, hip end, gable infill, and mid-section options. Made from inherently flame-retardant Silkline fabric, they’re easy to install, durable, and supplied with all necessary hardware in colour-coded bags.

Underfloor Linings are custom CAD-designed to conceal ceilings beneath floors in multi-storey buildings, offering a precise, long-lasting fit with a clean, professional finish. Permanent Building & Custom
We custom-make ceiling and wall liners in white, champagne, or black Silkline—an inherently flame-retardant, 100% polyester fabric with a soft, silky finish and low crease retention. We also design specialised interior liners that significantly enhance acoustic performance.
