Andrew Lingman

Andrew Lingman

General Manager NZCE (Mech)

Andrew joined Baytex in 2002. His extensive experience in mechanical engineering and fabric membrane design has been very beneficial to many projects Baytex have created during his tenure.
Andrew’s role in Baytex has evolved over the years from Design Manager through to his current role as General Manager in mid 2020. This role change has been a natural transition of his leadership style ensuring every aspect of the manufacturing process is monitored with experienced team leaders to ensure the customer receives the Baytex product they have come to expect. Providing projects to clients worldwide, Andrew and his team have gained an international reputation for design, engineering, quality workmanship and dedicated project management which have all contributed to Baytex’s world class performance.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Leanne joined the team in 2015 to work in sales. Prior to working at Baytex, Leanne worked in a manufacturing business that utilised her graphic design skills and her focus on customer service. While working with Baytex she has attended Hire Shows in NZ and Australia, enjoys meeting her customers and looking for the best solution to suit their needs. She also manages the website and any graphic design needs.

Technical Sales Manager

Ray has has joined the sales team with a vast knowledge of marquee construction. He is qualified in upholstery and canvas fabrication, and returned to Baytex in early 2018 as supervisor on the marquee floor ensuring production times and deadlines are meet with a high product standard with his team. Ray has spent time in the workshop and part of onsite installs giving him a good overall knowledge. 

Todd Muspratt

Design Draftsman

Todd supplies a range of CAD drawings using Vectorworks software including Concept, Layout, Installation, 3D Models, Manufacturing and product updates. With creative thinking and methodical drafting, Todd has been instrumental in product redevelopment as well as working through new project requirements. Todd has spent 12 years working in design, after completing an apprenticeship with Baytex in Canvas Fabrication in 2004 and time in the workshop, giving him hands on understanding of Baytex product

Michael Somerville-Ryan

Michael Somerville-Ryan

Production Manager

Michael joined Baytex in 2006 taking 3 years out to complete his mechanical engineering degree and provides a wealth of engineering design knowledge built up over more 20 years in many in engineering based industries. He has now taken over the production role enjoying a new challenge within Baytex.

Accounts & Administration

Ellen joined our team in 2017 to manage our accounts and be the friendly front face of Baytex. She left for a year when she had her second child, but missed us so much she had to come back!
